Hi everyone!
I have a question, I've tried googling but all I get are some pretty strict keto and 'carbs make you fat' websites pop up.
So I eat around 150-200g carbs a day usually, however this month I have been eating a lot more, sometimes 300g. (I bought some too good to go bags and most of it was bread, so I am enjoying a month or so of bread and butter pudding and sandwiches)
Before this I was at 61.4kg, the first few days I went up to 63/64kg and now I'm sitting around 62.5 so my weight is still going down and I know I'm carrying water weight.
Will my body adjust to the higher carbs and I'll drop water weight or will it just hang around until I've finished eating all the bread?
