21(F) at my heaviest. . . Help

So this is my heaviest I have ever been and idk what to do. I mean I obviously have an idea, but how do I start? Here’s a summary: I am not active, I don’t have a good diet whatsoever and I pretty much am super hard on myself. My schedule is flexible, but also busy out of no where. My income is pretty low so I have trouble buying the “healthy” stuff. I also am overeating terribly rn to the point my stomach hurts of how much I stuff myself which isn’t helping my wallet. I have a terrible TERRIBLE relationship with food rn it has spiraled and has me thinking terrible thoughts.

The thing is I love healthy food, I don’t have an issue with it whatsoever. I was actually eating super well a while back and then out of no where I lost track and have been struggling really badly where all I do is eat out. I don’t even know what to make anymore.

I guess what I want is some little courage and advice ?? And it would be greatly appreciated if you guys can send some recipe/food recommendations?? I’m really open to anything.
