1 Month Check-in: 23 Pounds Down!

Hi everyone,
You may or may not remember my post a month ago about weighing in at 377 and finally being done with living life in misery. Well, as of today I weigh in at 354! I know a lot of that is water weight and a sustainable amount of weight loss is 2 lbs a week, but I'm so psyched that I'm actually doing it. Thank you all so much for your kind words - they really motivated me to keep chugging along.

I've mostly just been trying to eat intuitively, but that's pretty hard when my entire life was spent ignoring satiety signals and never waiting to feel hungry before I ate. I've upped my protein, but I'm still struggling to drink enough water! I don't know why I don't really get the same thirst signals most people seem to. I don't have many cravings anymore, but cheese is definitely my number one vice. Luckily I can still enjoy that on a calorie deficit. :)

I'll see you guys again when I'm 325 - my first major goal!
