Hey all! Im 28 F who’s lost about 60 pounds over the course of a year, but only started working out about 4 months ago. I have about 140 ish pounds left to go to reach my goal (SW 365, CW 305, GW 160) I hate running and told myself I really would never get into it. I’d rather bike, dance, kickbox, swim, etc. but I gave in and now I’m jogging and walking a mile per day, then doing 15 minutes on the elliptical, then 30-60 minutes weightlifting/resistance training
These days I’m finding it harder and harder to stay in it. I dread the idea of cardio, but barely feel it when I’m actually jogging. I sweat my ass off, but it’s enjoyable in the moment and after.. it’s just the idea of doing it is making me drag my legs. Any tips for how to get excited about your cardio or get over this mental block? Thank you in advance!
