Hi all, I've been doing CICO since August of 2023 and have managed to lose just over 50 pounds (230->179). That being said though, the last month or so has been a crawl... I've suddenly found myself ravenously hungry when I wasn't before, which I didn't think would happen when my body requires less calories.
For context, I'm a 5'10" 24M and have been sticking to the 1200-1500 calorie range, and I only exercise twice a week. Some days I manage to stick to my goal, but others the hunger is too much and I eat at maintenance (or a little over). I need to overcome this so I can continue progressing... if anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated.
