How to lose weight when you're stuck at the same number for a while?

Hello. My height is 159cm and I used to weigh 69.5kg. Now I weigh 62kg (in 3 months) and it feels like I'm stuck at this number for a while. Whatever I do I still feel heavy inside. I still need to lose at 10kgs (that's my goal weight) and overall I need to lose this for my health purposes too, because I'm in risk at many many things if I keep this weight. I really need your advices. What should I do more? What advice do you have for weightloss and not being stuck at the same number? I also have a problem with digestion I think, but I don't know what do drink to make it better. I used to drink Flohsamenschalen (Psyllium Husk) but it helped only the first few days and then it stopped working, so I stopped drinking it. I would have loved to go to the gym, but right now I can't pay for it.

I eat mostly healthy and in moderation (sometimes i snack, but not too often) and I do at least 7000 steps every day, I drink 1.5l of water every day and I also started doing short 20 minute workouts (I found them on youtube and read the comments, to see if it works or not)

Thanks everyone. Have a blessed day.
