I’m trying, again, to kickstart some weight loss. Recently I had a very active week at work- 20k steps a day, 40 flights of stairs, for about 4 days and I’m trying to keep up with that momentum and add more steps to my life. For about 2 weeks I was hitting 15k steps a day (up from my average 5k) and I try to not weigh myself but I did see a small change in my stomach.
After that though, I couldn’t believe how tired my face looked. Like people actually commented on it. I was eating plenty still, and sleep was the same. I even got 3 days off work and rested plenty but I looked EXHAUSTED. I then relapsed and spent a week with junk food and no walks, and my tummy came back and my face looked refreshed and plumped again.
I know this sounds dramatic and I can’t definitely tie all this together but I have to ask: For people who have lost weight and are 30+, did you notice a significant change to your face and if so, was it permanent or did the fat redistribute after awhile?
