Hello, i have been lifting seriously 7 days a week, 3 glute days, 2 upper days and 2 full body for 2 hours at the gym every day for the last 9 months. My goal was to lose a little weight and become leaner, but i didn’t lose any weight, i even gained 5-6 kg while eating enough protein and somewhat healthy. I have gained some muscle, mostly in my legs, and they have become much bigger than when i first started. But thats exactly what i didn’t want because i was always insecure about them and wanted my legs to look leaner and now i have very big quads and hamstrings. So my question is: Will it be rational to start doing 5x a week full body/hiit with lower weight and cardio or pilates type of workout and stop lifting heavy, because gaining weight is really not my goal, i prefer to look smaller and skinnier and not like i am now :) Thank you
