I've lost 100lbs+ over the last year. I have some loose skin and now feeling body conscious again. Any advice what I should do?
Hi guys. I have lost 100lbs+ over the last year. The thing is, I have some loose skin on various parts of my body, between the upper thighs, the lower belly, extra fat on chest area. The thing is, standing up it doesn't appear too bad. But when I bend over it droops and It makes me self conscious, especially during sex lol. What would be the best course of action in this circumstance? I have been going to the gym for the past 3 months, but I've only been going 2 times a week so far.
I have noticed a bit of a difference in muscle gain, but nowhere near where I want to be. Should I just wait it out, continue going to the gym and continuing with the diet change and see where my body is at in the next few months, then decide if to get surgery? If any of you have been through a similar issue, I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions please. I have added a couple photos to show you what I mean. Thanks.
