I'm really anxious and afraid of lifting weights especially alone and getting injured

On a quick vent here, for the past 8 days.....I have been at the gym with my older brother who is training my other older brother, (i have 3 but 2 currently are in fitness) but one is pretty fit and has been weightlifting for about 5 or more years, and I admit because that is what we are here for, I've only worked out for a month on Cardio only, heavy and really sweating, til I left town for a few days to visit family and since there is a gym too, my older brothers thought it was a great idea to start lifting, I admit though that I have some short amount of strength and not the strongest, and I try to put some balance in it by doing an order of chest and biceps, leg workout, and back & shoulders, it's been going pretty well, however I worry that something severe could happen, from a leg or knee injury, to some equipment malfunctioning and lose a leg (YEAH I overthink to an extreme level) or something that ends with me going to the hospital.....and since I am heading home and starting a new routine, I worry that since I'll be alone, anything could happen that might seem concerning, any tips (i'm sorry if some words seem jumbled up)
