So since my last post, I’ve been cutting down on soft drinks (soda) and sticking to a calorie deficit, eating around 1200-1300 calories a day.
Please keep in mind I’m 31F, 5’1”, and I WFH most of the time so I’m basically sedentary. I don’t have the greatest appetite either so this is fine in terms of calorie intake.
I ordered some new scales. I went on them this morning and I’m 170lbs from 167lbs.
I just don’t understand.
I know I need to exercise more, but surely that wouldn’t contribute to the weight gain?
