Hello, just before I get started I'm 17, 5'11 and 82kg, trying to reach 72kg.
So I recently dislocated my shoulder, so I couldn't do exercise for a month and I went from 78kg to 80kg. Then I got the "okay" to continue doing light exercise (This was 2 weeks ago). I currently do 1 hour of shoulder strengthening in the morning, and 30-50 minutes of intense boxing cardio in the afternoon, Eating in-between 1500-2300 Calories per day, all high protein low added sugar foods. I've had one "Cheat meal" the past 2 weeks which was for a Birthday. Now I'm 2kg heavier, at 82kg. I have no idea why I've gone up. Can somebody help?
