Hi All In the past years ago, i lost 40kg (when i was younger), I remember eating strictly 1350 calories and was the cardio queen (no weights). BUT I’m 31 years now, F, 65kg 159cm, and want to get back to around 55kg.
Eating 1350 would actually kill me now, i aim for 1500 calories but still struggle. I eat high protein, train pretty hard (am getting heaps stronger!) 3-4 times a week and walk the puppo twice a day (office job though, lame).
I’m just wondering what your opinion is on someone wanting to lose half a kg a week? What you guys are doing and the types of foods you have to not feel hungry?
