a general plan for me?

hi! i’m looking into finally losing the extra couple pounds i’ve always carried and would like to ask about my plan to see if it’s healthy enough to get by.

i’m 19f and almost 5’2”, i eat roughly 2400cals a day and i’ve maintained about 150 throughout my entire teenage years, id like to get to 110 by the end of september. i plan on lowering my calories to 1200 through smaller portion sizes, doing 30 mins of yoga a day, and 30 mins of HIIT every other day with a rest day each week.

i’m concerned about whether or not this routine is actually sustainable, and if not what i could do to make it easier to incorporate into my daily schedule, thank you!!
