~15 kg weight gain in 2 months

Age: 21 Male Height: 180 cm (5' 11) Weight 2 months ago: 75-78 kg Weight now: 93 kg Avg calorie intake: 1500 Protein intake: Low Changes in last 2 months: Similar diets, irregular workout but same intensity, quit smoking and masturbating but only just started with that (2 weeks)

Context: Ever since lockdown, my lifestyle has been quite bad honestly. I usually get all my calories during dinner and then late night. But last 2 years, I've started exercising with slightly intense cardio and not so intense weight training and I started seeing changes. I got to around 75 kg and I was fine with that for then. My protein intake is also quite bad and I would actually say that I'm quite malnourished but that's not the point. I've been that way since 2 years and I've been able to regulate my weight. Last 2 months, I had gained a bit of belly and was curious what my weight was. I thought it would be a 5 kg increase but I've shot up to 93 kg. How is this even possible?

PS. I know people will point out my bad diet and I'm trying to change my lifestyle. I quit smoking and masturbating a while back and now am looking to improve my diet. But my diet has been the same since lockdown. That doesn't explain this sudden shooting up of weight.

PS 2. Looks wise, I have gotten a bit of a belly now but nothing apart from that. So I have no clue where the 15 kgs have come from
