Hi! I've been about 50-80 lbs overweight for the past 10 years. I'm 5'6" and about 200 lbs. Heaviest was 230, lowest was 145.
I know a lot about fitness and nutrition, including CICO and IF. I know about macros.
The problem is, I just...won't do it?
I struggle a lot with ADHD and depression so consistently making healthy meals has been a challenge for me. It takes the energy to grocery shop, prepare, and then clean up. I'm also incredibly addicted to sugar, and fall off the wagon constantly.
I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for literally the simplest healthy meals?
