Male, 6ft3, 171lbs, 28yo. So I know 171lbs is not alot for my height but I don't have a lot of muscle so my body fat is still higher than I'd like. Goal is sub 15%BF.
So over the last 6 weeks I've been on 1669cal/day and my average weight loss has been 1lb/week.(I weigh myself every morning and take the weekly average)
1lb/week would assume I'm in a 500cal/day defecit, making my maintenence calories about 2169cal/day. Doesn't that seem a bit low for someone at my height? Also I'm finding the diet a bit tedius now but really want to reach my goal before I stop. Would it be okay to reduce my defecit further to achieve around 1.5lb/week weight loss? 🤔
