So usually I’d wake up with a new sense of motivation. Not today. It has worked for me before as I haven’t sustained it. Instead I am going for the classic start date of 1st January. This gives me time to prep. I was hoping that people could help me add to my list of things to prep.
So far I have: - re-download MFP - sign up a running event mid year - buy some new scales - make a list of ‘go to’ meals
Anybody suggest anything else?
It’ll be me and my wife doing it. We’re bother early 30s and want to lose about 50lbs each. We’ve got busy schedules and 2 young children.
