How do I stop overeating without developing an ED? Need encouragement too.

F22, 154cm, 63kg (or 5ft and 139 pounds) with an overweight BMI

I was able to get off 2kg and be 58kg after half a month when I decided to walk 10k steps a day, eating one meal a day, and going to the gym twice a week. But then it all crashed down when I got invited to a birthday party, and then overate. I have ADHD and it's hard for me to stick to habits.

Food is the only thing that makes me happy. When I watch shows, it's hard for me not to crave something to eat. I'm getting fatter and fatter. It's a constant cycle of craving happiness from eating, then hating myself afterwards knowing I overate.

I know weight loss isn't fast, but I feel like I'm going nowhere. And I'm so far from my goal to be 50kg (110 pounds), it sometimes feels hopeless.

I could really use some advice or some words of encouragement.
