SW- 151 CW- 127 GW- 125 —————- I’ve been losing weight for 4 months now, by IF 16:8 and calorie counting. At first it was just to get to 130lbs. That turned into 125lbs, and restricting calories under my calorie goal to lose it faster. I still eat, but every single thing is measured, from the butter on my bread to jalapeños and sauces. I’m scared of gaining my weight back, and I don’t know how to stop counting my calories, the thought of it scares me.
I don’t think I could stop counting because I would need to know my maintenance calories and I would still be tracking to make sure I don’t go over…
I guess this was to rant, I’m frustrated and cold and annoyed with myself, but I’m so close to my goal, and then that might shift to 120lbs.
