Hi everyone! I started my weight loss journey last February. I'm a 5'8 woman, started at 165lbs, and finally went down to 119lbs today.
I rarely exercise but I do, however, walk a lot and follow the OMAD diet. My job also requires me to carry stuff so that helped me as well. The thing is, now that I finally reached my goal weight and body, how do I maintain this? I gotta be honest I didn't really enjoy eating one meal a day for a prolonged period but it's frustrating that I easily gain weight by eating 'normally'. Can anyone help me? If I resume to my normal diet I'm afraid that my hard work will get wasted.
