Eating to Relax or "Turn Off" After Work

I've recently realized that I often get very specific cravings when it's nearly time to clock out of work. Eating helps me relax and decompress, and it almost feels like a way to turn off from the day (I work from home, so there is no commute time to decompress). If I don't eat, I feel like I am not completely "off" and I am not quite sure how to combat these urges. I know it has been a huge reason for my weight gain this past year.

If you can relate, how have you handled these post-work cravings? Any advice would be much appreciated!
