For months I've been trying to drink more by sweetening the water every day, but I'm tired, so I decided a few days ago to only carry regular water with me and now I almost never feel like drinking.
I noticed how I actually never feel that thirsty and how much I tried to drink before. I get cravings to drink every now and then in the afternoon around training or in the evening, but almost never during the day.
So I wonder am I the only one? Is this need to always drink a lot a bit of a myth?
During the day my pee is white or crystalline, slightly yellowish every now and then, but never dark, so I don't understand why I should force myself further to drink more.
