Active minutes five days a week: Nailed it. 15/21 days.
Journal for two minutes every morning: Nailed it! 19/21 days.
Do something that stokes holiday cheer every day: Celebrated Yule with some family of choice.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for my family of choice. I am loved even when I don’t feel like I deserve it.
Why I'm choosing to make healthier choices today for a better tomorrow: I want to keep being around for the people in my life.
Self-care activity for today: I’ve got a new foot mask to try.
