2/3 of the way!

Day 20/30 - late posting tonight, just got into bed.

47F, 5'8". SW 175lbs. CW166lbs.GW145lbs (by June 1).

I'm doing lazy Whole30. I don't track/log anything. Basically no (added) sugar or alcohol. Taking one capsule of Lactobacillus gasseri BNR17 each morning with a large glass of water. I'm also doing IF, eating window 2-8pm. I meal prep twice a week. I normally fast every Monday.

Took my son Christmas clothes shopping and we stopped at a Mexican restaurant for a late lunch.

OMAD: pork nachos and fish tacos. Chips and tortillas obviously but mostly protein and vegetables. Unsweet iced tea. I'll admit, it was hard not ordering a margarita. (Son was driving, I don't drink and drive).

Was able to leave the server an almost 50% tip since our bill was so low (compared to what I normally spend buying alcohol).

I'm definitely doing ADF for the last ten days. My goal is to hit 160lbs when I'm done with these 30 days.

Still haven't made it to the gym.

10 days left.
