I calculated my TDEE a month ago and have been eating in a deficit since, I've lost 1lb a week which is really good and I actually don't feel too deprived. As I started to lose weight I also brought in some exercise when I was completely sedentary before. Now I'm doing 30 mins a day on an indoor bike, moderate intensity. Other than that I would say I'm still somewhat sedentary, I work from home so usually only get like 3k steps a day. Shall I leave my TDEE as is, or recalculate to consider daily exercise? (I don't add cals burned from exercise back to my daily calories).
