Been doing full body strength workouts 3x per week for a couple years and making very slow but steady gains. Got into running a couple months ago and doing ~4 runs per week usually around 6-7km.
Have always struggled to add muscle so was perhaps incorrectly completely avoiding cardio for a long time. I’m really enjoying running but since starting I have lost ~2.5kg whilst remaining around 20-21% body fat.
Would this suggest I am losing muscle mass at same time as fat?
Worth noting this was measured using a bioelectrical impedance machine in a local pharmacy.
