Starting out at the gym
How do you go about doing this? I've been walking a lot and while that's great, I think I probably need to do more. How do you go about starting at a gym. Do you take classes? I don't know how to do anything "free lance" as far as weights and other objects are concerned and probably would use the machines. Do you use personal trainers or watch videos online? Also this is stupid but are gyms really as judgmental free as they say they are? Is there a difference between like cross fit and regular work outs? Basically trying to loose weight and my job requires me to life things (20lb x-ray generator). Seeking advice about gyms because it's kind of giving me low key anxiety.
