I am 6ft and 275 pounds, I am 23, and after dinner my heart sometimes burns so much i collapse onto the ground. I pushed it too far with latest work project eating fast food every day. I have gained about 50 pounds since starting this job about 1.5 years ago. My body is not responding well and I don't know how much longer i can do this before things get worse and I have another heart event that takes me out. So i want to change. I am addicted to this fast food now though and need to find a system for not having it in my life.
I have been jogging on the treadmill, but they say body is built in the kitchen, and not in the gym. I am trying to take active steps to become better but feeling a bit lost, and the pain isnt really stopping.
Help.
