I have been using loseit app to count my calories for about a month now and am finding it very successful.. not difficult at all and whilst I have definitely changed my diet I am not just eating bland boring food but actually food I enjoy..
But one question I have is the app keeps a total of how many calories I am under for the week (compared to the allowance).. what is the purpose of this?
I have no intention of binging out eating these calories on a cheat day - is that the purpose?
If I do have a cheat day I still keep it in my calories - like if the family wants KFC I know I can eat three pieces of chicken with some popcorn chicken and not go over for the day if I go for a good walk..
So why does it keep the total of calories each week not consumed? Is it just a bit of a flex thing?
