Needing motivation for the last push…

Hi all! I’m a 23 YO M, 6’0 tall. Two years ago, at my highest ever, I weighed 289.0 lbs. Today, after two years of intense struggling, I weigh 207.8 lbs. However, the last two weeks, I have slipped into old habits again — brought on by an illness that left me bedridden and unable to go the gym.

I snacked a lot, and now I am having to fight the urge to drive 5 mins every night to a gas station and buy snacks/ junk (this is an old habit of mine that I slipped back into). I know I look so much different than I used to. I’ve even started using dating apps recently with some amount of success. However, my belly is still pretty big, and it is making me sad. Plus, my face still has a little bit of weight, but not nearly as much as it used to!

I’ve always heard the last 20-30 pounds are the ones that make the most difference in your appearance. Can someone else confirm this? I am just looking for motivation to get down to my GW of 184.0… it’s going to take a few more months, at least, and I could use some words of encouragement!
