Hi, I just wanted to ask and make sure since I'm a bit confused but what should be my daily calorie intake?

I'm 19M, 6'0 and currently 123.4kg or 273lbs. I'm really confused how many calories i need to intake on a daily and still be on a deficit of 500 or more. I'm seeing a lot of different methods of calculations and the more I see it the more I'm confused. I just want to understand simply how to calculate this and how much lbs/kg we should be losing with supposed deficit.

Right now I'm currently eating around 1,000-1,200 kcal on a daily (since the start of the week) and I only drink water for years now. I only eat during lunch and dinner with fruits as my desserts. I'm also having a hard time increasing that amount while still balancing my macros of carbs, protein and fats.

Any help would be appreciated!
