I’m F19 and have had a high resting heart rate of 110 BPM consistently. I’m definitely unfit but of an acceptable weight. (I have seen a doctor for tachycardia but no heart abnormalities were found)
I can’t take part in competitive sports due to my scoliosis and pain.
Can I reduce my resting heart rate through walking about 30min - 1 hour every day? Will losing weight through walking reduce my resting BPM?
How long will it take to maybe reach 90 BPM?
Thank you.
