27F, 5'3", 143lbs I'm overweight and my goal weight for now is 120lbs. I honestly want to achieve 110lbs but let's take it slow first 😅
I've always wanted to tone down my muscles. I've tried youtube workouts before by growingannanas but I'm concerned about whether my form is correct or not since I always workout alone. I can't afford trainers for now (I'm in an asian country and not in USA).
To those who did home workouts on YouTube by themselves, how did you get your forms correctly? Or should I just ignore the form and just keep on working out until I get used to it?
