How do I tell healthy from unhealthy snacks?

I'm a guy weighing 94.8kg (209lbs). I don't know how tall I am currently but I'm definitely pretty badly overweight/obese.

I am mainly trying to lose weight by eating less. So I eat pretty much exactly what I ate before but just less of it. It has been working out great so far. I have noticed that I often have low energy (although it might be more of a fault of sleep quality, im not sure). I have also noticed that after eating I have a lot more energy and motivation to do work so I am considering taking someone's advice of eating healthy snacks to give me more energy throughout the day.

They were not an expert and I am also not that in the know so if this is a bad thing or im going about things wrong please tell me.

I want to try eating small amounts of snacks (being very careful not to overeat) throughout the day. But I don't know how to tell healthy from unhealthy snacks and I also have a lot of allergies (eggs, dairy, nuts, seafood, and sesame). I tried googling healthy snacks to have but I was literally allergic to all of their suggestions except fruit (which I will try to snack on but im also looking for other foods).
