So I have heard that staying up late/ not getting enough sleep can cause weight gain. I don't know if the actual staying up late part causing a person to gain weight or if it's causing them to want to eat more food than they usually do.The thing is though, I stay up late/ don't get alot of sleep due to insomnia but I also don't eat alot of food. I Mostly just have breakfast and dinner, a small lunch. Most days I hardly ever have any snacks unless I'm super hungry after a 1hr and 30 min exercisise. So what is it? Staying up late that leads to weight gain or the person wanting more food from not sleeping enough or a combo of both?
