I am 23 (f), 258 lbs, 5‘8 ft tall. I aim to have a caloric deficit of 1000 calories a day and I’ve been doing cardio for about 30 mins five times a week (I burn about 300 kcal according to my Apple Watch). As I am quite large, I believe that having a lower caloric deficit (eating about 500 - 700 kcal a day) would make me lose weight much quicker. Once I am at my goal weight I would stick to eating to according to my BMR. I’m so tired of living in my body.
My question is, is it possible to eat very little and still lose weight? And why is it unhealthy if I do it & but when someone cannot eat as much due to having bariatric surgery it’s fine? It’s basically the same thing (without the getting my stomach cut off part) I take supplements and have protein rich diet.
English is not my native language I hope you understand.
