Help me please

I'm a 19 yr old gym goer(170 cm, 68 kgs) . I hit about 16k-18k steps on average( some days it goes as far as 40k) and eat a diet of 20 egg whites+5 yolks + 6 bread slices(90g) and 3 sweetened coffee(350 cals). That's usually it but I've been puttin on lots of weight . I was 63 just a month and a half ago but then I stopped gym for 10 days (due to a virus outbreak and lockdown) nd I gained 4 kgs without changing my routine much . Then I gained another 1 kgs after stoppin gym for 4 days due to gym holidays and injury. I wanna start runnin along with this step goals every Saturday and Sunday when I have no gym . Could you recommend me a running routine so that I could get better cardio and be faster?
