First time poster wanting help to know how to lose weight.

My fiancé and I plan on moving soon into our own place for the first time, and I need to change my habits. I’ve never been good at that though, my biggest problem is having trouble with not knowing what to do, and having lack of motivation. I have a lot of alcohol weight, but I also am not the best at my food habits, nor my exercise. I am going to be cutting off ciders, but I really am lost on knowing what to eat, and what exercises to do. I don’t have extra money for a gym and trainer. And when I try to do my own research I just feel so lost.

I’m begging for help. Please help me. I am looking for what I should be eating, what exercises to do.

And maybe looking for a friend to help me be accountable. I’m going to be changing alot of habits and trying to make new ones, and I’m not the best at that
