As we trundle towards that oh-so-festive calorific time of year, I'd be interested to know what everyone's plans are regarding your weight-loss journey? Or from those who have trodden this treat-laden path before? It's always a play off between 'all rules are off /I'll start again in January' and 'I don't want to roll into the new year feeling like trash' for me!
I think this year I'll keep aiming for a calorie deficit until mid-December and then just focus on maintaining/not going crazy/not piling on too much whilst also not feeling guilty about a single thing! One thing I will commit to is keeping my workout routine up as I'm really loving it, it will keep my head semi-sensible around food...and bonus - the gym is always super quiet in December (great time to get started for those intimidated by it!).
And then of course I want to use January momentum to give myself a bit of restart. I also plan to get back to running in January (because the gym is now packed!).
What about everyone else?
