I ate less yesterday and woke up dizzy.

I am overweight and trying to reduce calories.

Breakfast Sausage and potatoes at my hotel (it was Ireland hence the potatoes)

Lunch Cajun ciabatta and fanta and water

Dinner Cold chicken sandwich wrap thing, hummus chips and some form of soda

I woke up this morning with whole room spinning. (I am aware my diet was not good yesterday but it is less than I normally eat and was on business trip). How can I safely reduce calories without feeling dizzy? My family have diabetes so should I be worried
