I'm (27 M) trying to lose weight from 98 kg (216 lbs) to 70 kg (154 lbs). I don't have access to a proper gym at my neighbourhood. So I'm planning to do this by combining some running, home exercises and going to a small gym nearby with minimal equipments and no trainer.
How can I lose around 30kg (66 lbs) in a year or less so that I minimize or eliminate (if possible) the chance of getting loose skins and/ or stretch marks? Will adjusting diet or increasing the time period from 1 year reduces the chance of loose skin? Will stretch marks and loose skin go away in future?
