always thinking about what i’m gonna eat later and how i can get the most food for the least amount of calories… looking at low cal recipes for the future and scrolling through r/volumeeating and r/1200isplenty for entertainment… eating 1,200 calories a day when i know i could easily fast cause i don’t get that hungry anyway… wasting time on my phone or tv cause it requires the least brainpower and drinking water until my next meal, and then doing that again until ive eaten everything for the day……. i was like before losing weight, too, always looking forward and waiting on my next meal…….. i barely even play video games anymore and just do the lowest effort thing… food is the most exciting/simulating thing, and requires no effort… help
