It has been 3 months since I started on a calorie deficit and workout routine and though I have been seeing results and I’m happy with the effort I’m putting in after every 2 weeks I fall into a cycle of binge eating a bunch of fast food which takes me back on my journey.
It is not like I crave ordering in, a thought will arise in my head saying “Oh you haven't ordered something from this place in a while why not order it on your rest day” and slowly but surely somehow I end up doing so. Now the first time I don't crave it it's just a mental thing to have something that you deny yourself but once it hits my tastebuds that's when I start to crave it again and again.
The only thing wrong with this cycle is that I have to slap myself back into a calorie deficit which is causing fatigue tbh. I know one day I won't be able to do so. Also when I cheat on my diet I tend to not work so there goes my CD and workout plan out of the window, having to start the process again after every two weeks.
