Hello all! Love this subreddit, long time lurker and first time poster. I have been a fairly active person my entire life and was in the best shape of my life about 4 years ago. I went through a difficult couple of years of severe depression that led to poor eating choices and lack of fitness motivation. I have re-found my personal passion and drive, and re-started my fitness journey on September 1st. Here is 45 days of progress. 12 pounds down, and my goal weight is 175lbs, so about 21 lbs away. My drive and passion are locked in and I am hoping to reach this goal by the start of 2024, so will post another update in a few months. To achieve this progress thus far, I have stuck to my go-to forms of physical and mental health vehicles: Intermittent Fasting + Keto Diet. I already am feeling 1000x more energetic, ALIVE and focused. Ask me any questions in the comments and I would be happy to share insights. Will post another update at each 5lbs lost until the 175 goal. Thank you dear friends for the constant support and encouragement. You all are the best.
