People should talk about shrimp more.

Yes, shrimp! I picked up a bag of frozen Argentinian shrimp at TJ's and was surprised to see that 6 big boys = 60 calories = 14g protein. What a ratio! Yesterday I thawed a few of these out, threw em in the pan with some spray oil and seasoning, then stuck them in half a quesadilla. It was great and a nice mix-up from the chicken breast I'd been using in that scenario. Plus they are way easier to cook than chicken breast, and they freeze much better. I'm probably going to switch to using shrimp in a lot of my rice-based dishes now
