Now, let me explain. I have this low kcal lowish carb bread that is 70 kcal for two slices, and pb is about 190 for 2 tbsp. So around 260 kcal a sandwich. If I have 3 sandwiches a day (780 kcal) + 2 apples (150) + a glass of almond milk w each meal (150), and whatever veggies I want (150?) so in total 1,230 kcal a day, do you think this diet is sustainable for like a week? That’d bump on an extra like… 150 kcal maybe. I work a retail job where Im standing up running around all day straightening things and climbing on ladders and stuff. Im 19 years old and 5’4, around 115 lbs, looking to get down to 105 for an upcoming vacation to Portugal. I know I am going to eat a lot there lol, and I just want a diet that I won’t feel like I’m depriving myself of what I like.
