Well I guess pretty much what the title says...
Yesterday getting on the scales, the weight was the same, and then today I was up 0.4kgs! Almost 1 pound
I'm definitely not eating too high calories to explain the gain, or even the maintenance! So idk whats happening but it has not got my day off to a good start :(
I'd have thought hormones as I know I retain water before my period, but my period was done last week so not that. And I've not had anything with loads of salt either!
Any idea what's going on?
