Was just wondering if anyone who is tracking body fat percentage has had any luck with body calipers?
I'm giving them a second go after having tried them once in the past. They seem to be a bit like random number generators in my hands. Are there any tips for getting the measurements more consistent?
Using a tape measure to track my waist measurement has been very helpful so far and I believe my accuracy has improved quite a lot. Probably because I'm getting the tensioning and positioning more accurate now compared to when I first started. I'm struggling a bit with the calipers though. I'm using a set of the one piece plastic ones.
