Hi. I am having a hard time controlling my eating. I have gained around 12lbs just by eating mindlessly. My mind just goes blank. I keep telling myself tomorrow I will be better. Sometimes I am better but then I will see something I enjoy and I just eat it. I know logging my food helps and I have done it before but I am going to be honest. Its overwhelming to log food that doesn't have a bar code. I eat some pre package meal prep trays and they aren't that heavy but I don't know how to log them. It doesn't help where I work there are lots of junk food.
Can someone please give me tips. I hate feeling like this. I am trying to do as much cardio as I can to burn calories cause I know its cico. But why do I just blank out. If it helps with context I have ADHD and BP2. Please. Sometimes when I get home from work my family will make food and I eat it just cause. I try my best at least to eat protien.
